Important Update: We will be relocating providers and services to our Jenkintown, Blue Bell, King of Prussia and Collegeville clinics. The last day of patient care and allergy shots at the Center City clinic will be October 30, 2024.
If you have allergy shot vials or biologic medications with us, we ask you call in to confirm shipping to Jenkintown, Blue Bell, King of Prussia, or Collegeville. If you prefer to have them shipped to another one of our clinics (Doylestown, Pottstown), please make sure to let us know during your next visit or call us at 1.800.862.6844 to let us know by October 15, 2024. If you do not contact by that date, we will assume your consent to transfer your vials to the Blue Bell clinic.
Your medical information and medication will be transferred in compliance with all privacy regulations, including HIPAA. Should you prefer to transfer your care to a different provider or request a copy of your medical records, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist.
