Starting July 8th, there will be changes to the office locations of Dr. Fogg and Dr. Patel:

• Dr. Fogg will now be seeing patients at the Center City office on Wednesdays.
• Dr. Patel will now be seeing patients at the Collegeville office on Wednesdays.

If you have an appointment scheduled on a Wednesday after this date, your appointment location will remain the same, but the doctor you will see will change:

• Center City office: You will see Dr. Fogg.
• Collegeville office: You will see Dr. Patel.

If you would like to continue seeing the same doctor, please call our office to reschedule your appointment.
